Policy Summary

As a specialist STEM education reseller, we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened products. All products are sold as final sale. However, we fully honour our obligations for defective or incorrectly shipped items under Thai law.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Once a product has been opened, unboxed, assembled, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all product categories including robotics kits, laser cutters, 3D printers, electronics, and accessories.

  • Opened packaging, broken seals, or removed shrink wrap — not eligible for return
  • Products that have been assembled, configured, or powered on — not eligible for return
  • Change of mind, incorrect model selection, or duplicate orders — not eligible for return
  • Software, digital licences, and downloadable content — non-refundable once activated

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or faulty out of the box, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with Thai consumer protection law (Civil and Commercial Code, Sections 472-474). Defective means the product does not function as described or has a manufacturing fault — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear.

How to report a defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at info@mangologic.org
  2. Include your order reference, a description of the fault, and photos or video showing the defect
  3. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product — this may void the warranty claim
  4. We will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund within 14 business days

For claims reported within 7 days of delivery with clear evidence of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping costs. Claims reported after 7 days but within the warranty period will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Mango Logic are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized reseller for VEX Robotics, xTool, Makeblock, Formlabs, and other brands, we can process warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

  • Warranty periods vary by brand and product — typically 1-2 years from date of purchase
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If we sent the wrong product or your order arrived damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or correction at no additional cost. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the no-return policy above. For custom or special-order items, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage customers to see products in person before purchasing. xTool machines are available for hands-on demonstrations at our partner showroom, Steam Labs at Gateway Ekkamai, Bangkok. VEX Robotics products can be demonstrated at your school. Contact us to arrange a demo — this helps ensure you choose the right product and reduces the need for returns.

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law, including rights relating to defective goods under the Civil and Commercial Code. For sales conducted through direct selling channels, the 7-day cooling-off period under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 applies where required by law.
